    Duke Reginald!

He got dumped off at a reptile supply store and I ended up adopting him. They had him labelled as "mystery rat snake" but I'm pretty sure he's a Texas Rat, my uncle used to have a Texas rat with yellow flanks when I was younger. He's quite the aggressive fellow, he gave the guy who took him out of his enclosure on the adoption floor a nice collection of bites on his arms/face, and he tried to kill my housemates' chihuahua before realizing there was glass between him and the dog. Here he is, he's been named Duke Reginald:

    His cute lil face:

He's not bitten me yet though! Even before/during/after feeding. He's musked a few times and LOVES rattling his tail and hissing (which is new to me since my other snake is so tame that my snake-phobic mother will hold her!). He's begun realizing that hissing just makes us squeal and give him more attention because we find it cute, so he's been not hissing as much now, sadly.

I'll get better pictures once he stops getting intimidated by the camera
