We work with the top breeders in the nation....they breed in 24" cubes. Our females stay in 24" cubes. They really do not need any larger as it makes it very difficult to regulate temperature for breeding. If you want a nice display then you can go larger, but for breeding larger is not always better. In fact most males are housed in tubs or cubes no larger than 20x20.
Obviously you will not be housing them together until you put the male in for breeding.....so if you want to get an enclosure for a male, you can get whatever size you want, but again, 24cube is the largest i would get for a male. Esp if you want to breed.....JMO we do it all the time.
