    It looks like it could be scale rot or a burn to me. Are they just on her belly or all over? I agree with dr del. A vet visit for some antibiotics is a good plan. You may also be able to get a prescription for some silver sulfadiazine (SSD) cream. It's a burn cream, but for snakes it works better than neosporin because it's not petroleum based so it doesn't cause the individual scale shedding/mushy scales.
