I am considering trying out CrossFit, have you tried it? I am not very athletic, in fact I am quitting smoking.. so you can imagine how much exercise I get in...I was hoping some people on here might be able to give some insight so I could decide if it might be a good fit. I only worry that I wont be able to do it, and that I don't want to be overly muscular. My goal is to be more active, and to go from a BMI of 24 to a BMI of 22, and to have more energy and feel confident in a mini dress
