    Freedom breeder bullcrap

I recently ordered a ten level freedom breeder rack. I got the rack only to find that two of the levels were broken and they forgot to send me wheels. Frustrated I sent an email to tell them what was wrong. It took them a little over two weeks to send me the parts. Not really a problem except they never answered any of my emails or phone calls. I was left completely in the dark. The replacement parts just arrived yesterday. I was too busy to work on it then, but this morning when I went to put it together I noticed that one of the new levels is also bent! I have had enough. I have animals on their way here and needed this rack up and running over two weeks ago.

Is freedom breeder really that good? The rack I got is crazy heavy. I want to know what you think I should do. I am leaning towards sending it back, and just buying a vision rack. They cost about half as much and are lighter from my understanding. I will need to be moving some in the next few years for school. That would be a huge plus. The only reason I got this rack in the first place was because of how good they are suppose to be.

What are your opinions on these racks?

I am not a fan of the vision racks myself but to each their own. I do like Animalplastics and Ars. Ars is very similar to Freedom breeder just slightly better quality imo. Sorry to hear about all the trouble thus far, I've heard a lot of good things about Freedom breeder. Did you video or picture any of the process?

I am all about animal plastics...best costumer service ever and relatively reasonable pricing...the only negative is they are way behind on their order/shipping times...but the quality is top notch.

Agreed, if you order from them make sure your animals have a safe home and you are not in a rush to put them into a rack. The wait is fine If you plan ahead and I've never had a bad experience with AP ever.

    Freedom breeder bullcrap

Never worked wiht Freedom Breeder. I do have a Vision Rack I bought off a local guy. It's well made and I have had no problems with it. I emailed them a few questions and they were happy to help even if I didn't buy it from them.

I also just placed a good sized order with Animal Plastics. I was very happy with their service. Even worked with me to lower shipping cost and save me money. They are 8-9 weeks out right now.

Thanks for all the help everyone! I was really disappointed in freedom breeders customer service. I wasn't expecting it to be so dinged up. I think vision is what I will go with this time. I do have an animal plastics rack currently, so I know how good they can be. The reason I am staying away from them is because of how back ordered they are lol. I also got a warning for the title...Sorry if I offended anyone in doing so.
