Tiny Balls?

I was just wondering if anybody else out there has had some experience with tiny ones; ones that either had a deformity that only allowed small prey, hatched out itty bitty and never grew, or just seemed to be "genetically" smaller?

EDIT: Ok now to be mature: I think its possible for them to thrive. In the wild they'd probably die though. Its like a runt in a litter of dogs.

I've rescued extreamly underweight ones if that's what you mean lol

I know a guy that hatched out a 30g bumblebee. It was really cute but I dont know if it did well or not. I am gonna have to ask him.

We have a bumblebee we were given by a friend of ours...she hatched with a deformity and couldnt keep food down. We thought she was gonna die. She no longer looks skinny, and eats tiny prey items on a semi regular basis. Shell be 1 year in less than 2 months and she weighs 160 grams.

We hatched out a 29 gram het clown 2 seasons ago, it looked like a runt and still does according to the owner
We gave it away to be a pet

I think little balls are adorable. If anybody has any tiny balls, pics would be wonderful. To see them side by side with another of say, the same age to get a comparison of size.

I've got a couple of females that are quite small. I've had them for around 9 years now. Both were wild caught adults and tend to be very poor feeders, however I've gotten several clutches of eggs from them. They seem to hover around the 800-1000 gram range and appear to be healthy in every other way.

I know this seems controversial, but has anyone tried breeding two of these "dwarf" snakes together? Or breeding a tiny male (born tiny) to a regular sized female?

I'm curious if it could be genetic. Maybe we could make the "Micro Ball" or something. A ball python that doesn't get bigger than 500g.

Just a thought. I'm sure most of you might consider the very small ones to be runts and inadequate for breeding. I'm not saying its right, but it would be cool to make a smaller ball python, similarly to how they have a dwarf retic.
