Re: Morph Recommendations?
There are some cool dark stuff the question is what is your budget?
Because not catastrophic on your budget might mean something different for me than it does for you.

Assuming you're not in high school anymore, I'm guessing that you'd be able to afford a much higher budget than I. I work very hard and actually make quite a bit more than the average high school student, but I'd like to avoid spending more than $200 on one snake.

Then in that price range the best dark morph IMO is a Black Pastel, at that price you can pickup a female this season (which you might want to do just in case one day you plan on breeding)

I'd also recommend either a cinnamon or a black pastel female as your first snake. But if you go that route, I'd then recommend a male het red axanthic as your second. The red axanthics are a subtle dark morph that mixes very well in interesting and attractive ways with cinnys or black pastels.

Re: Morph Recommendations?
Id go for what i just picked up...a pewter female for $400. So many possibilities!! And if you decide to pair her up with a pewter male in the future, you can make a super pewter, which is a totally awesome snake!!!

That's a super pewter? I never would have suspected that they'd look like that. very cool.
