You could add in a little Dawn dish soap to their bath. I did that years ago as part of a treatment for mice. Just make sure that they do not drown, and rinse them in lukewarm water afterward. I have had weird smells on my snakes after sheds (for some reason, I can smell an odd smell associated with fresh sheds) and this worked.
