According to the phone number this is the same piece of work scamming on Facebook lately:

The person has their phone number displayed on the page and has disabled comments for the page because (I believe) their last page was :cens0r::cens0r::cens0r::cens0r: down due to too many reports of it being a scam.

They are stealing Mike Wilbanks' photos and apparently according to the text posted, making money off them.
