The eggs may or may not fill back out again,
long as you have something to accurately monitor the humidity then there isn't much to do about the dimpling.
If they are at 90%+ humidity now then they are ok. They may go back to normal or stay dimpled for rest of incubation,long as the dimpling doesn't get worse then your good.
