Looks like a lesser to me But if you don't need a male lesser, there's no reason to snab him. He's not like OMG amazing, but a medium reduced pretty little fella.

Is $100 pretty fair? I don't need him that bad, but also wouldn't mind building up my collection a little. & I can also stay on the search for a Female Lesser.
