Roughly as of right now I have a female that above the 1500 gram weight for breeding ( was last year as well) both times I had mutli-locks with the same male. last year she never did anything and so far this year she's not showing any signs of doing anything this year. (my het pied is showing all the signs of possible being gravid and we didn't even start pairing her until end of January). I raised both females since I got them as very young hatchlings(under 80 grams)
I really wanting to prove the het pair to as they both 100% het joliff axanthic and possible het albino ( sire was 100% het albino and visible axanthic and dam was possible het ) SO I looking and hoping to prove them out, I wondering if there anything I can do provide to increase the chances of her producing eggs. My wife wants me to sell/adopt them out cause they not produce anything in the last 2 seasons I tried.
1 option we are considering the idea of tossing in our visible albino male in to see if he will lock with her and if she produces eggs then we may have to look into the possible deal of my male being sterile.
