Feeding more than once a week?
I just got mine last Thursday and fed him on Saturday. I think he's still hungry.
He weighed 155g prior to his first feeding...I haven't taken him out since then (trying to leave him alone for a week).
Do you think it's okay to offer him again? Or should I just wait it out until the weekend even if he seems hungry still?

I feed every 4 days up to 700g then every 8 days.

It's only been a couple of days...is feeding that soon bad for him?
I'm pretty sure he'll feed the way he's been acting hehe.
Might have to name him Porky.

How big was the prey item? If he's hungry that soon after you may need to go up a size or two. I agree though, when they are young you can go every 4 or 5 days then move to 7-10 as adults. Also males grow faster than females.

Adult mouse, right around 19g. Next step up would probably be rat pups, but they're hard to find.
He hasn't pooped yet, so I don't want to overdo it...I think I'd rather let him be a little hungry and having eaten than feed too quickly.
At least I know he should be good to go and ready to eat this weekend hehe.
The chain pet stores don't have f/t rat pups, the next size up is medium.
There's an expo coming up, so I hope to find a f/t rat supplier...otherwise, I'll just go online.
I only have 1 snake though, so I'm wondering if he'll outgrow rat pups in 20 weeks (found a spot that does 20 rat pups as minimum).

I feed my snakes that are under 1000g smaller meal every 4-5 days. Each meal is a smaller meal. After that, I feed every 7 days.
