Ball Python and 40 Gal. tank for sale (milwaukee area)

Looking for a new home for my Ball Python. It's about 2 and a half feet long and is healthy. I have a really nice 40 gallon tank set up to go with the snake. Included is a fake rock water dish, lots of fake plants, a wooden hide, wooden branches, one electric thermometer, one electric thermometer/hydrometer for checking humidty, an under the tank heat pad, two above tank heat lamps, 2 heat bulbs (100w red nighttime bulb, and a 75w daytime bulb). The tank is insulated with black foam core to help hold in heat/humidity.

I'm located in Milwaukee, WI near West Allis. And do not want to ship my snake, and would prefer someone come and pick the snake up.

I've spent hundreds of dollars on the encloser to make it comfortable for the snake as well as looking aesthetically pleasing. I'd like to get some money for it, preferably $200.00 or best offer.
