Awesome pics! Sounds like you had a good time, I really like all those banana/coral glows. That alligator is wow! Were people even allowed to go near it?

Yes. You were even allowed to sit on him and get your picture taken. That's Bubba with Jim Nesci's booth (http://www.coldbloodedcreatures.com/). He's actually very well trained and I've seen him at every Tinley show I've been to. Proof that animals can learn despite being reptiles.

I really want to go to a reptile show. I need to look up when/if there's one in Sacramento or San Francisco. Thanks for sharing these neat photos! Also I had NO idea that coral glows and bananas were THAT expensive. I did a double take when I saw 13k.

Not sure what morph, but I'm almost 100% sure that's a retic.

That is actually a pic of two retics in a display. If you look closely, you can see some yellow underneath of the other one. Needless to say, they didn't have a price tag but I thought it was neat that not only was one hiding the other, but the skin had a similar rainbow effect like the Brazilian rainbow boa.
As for the gaboons, that one was there for display only. The show doesn't allow hots to be sold but does allow the reptile conservation group to put up a nice display of various hots that were rescued every year. I agree that if I were to ever get into hots (already been told I'll be committed by my hubby if I do) that gaboons would be the way to go. Their coloration looks like it was painted on!
