Any football fans with thoughts on free agency?
Just curious if there are any nfl fans out there and how your teams are doing in free agency. I live outside Detroit and was happy to see them sign Reggie Bush. Should make games more exciting than just Megatron!

I'm in Seattle. We just signed Percy Harvin. We also picked up Avril. Two big name signings. I hope Harvin can stay healthy. If he can then we're going to be really dangerous. Avril is tough. I think he had 9.5 sacks last year? If we can put even more pressure on QB it should shore up an already solid D. I think we ended the season #2 in points per game allowed. Pretty exciting stuff.
Regards,
B

We might be getting leon washington from u guys. (Well picking him up). I liked him when he played for the jets. Too bad pats couldn't get cribbs, i think hes going to AZ though. Victor cruz would look purtyyy good in a pats jersey, doubt that'll happen though...

They screwed up letting Welker go for 2 measly million dollars. They had the money to spend but just wanted to keep up the "Cold Hard Patriots" stance. Big mistake that will bite them. He went to a divisional rival too. Amendola is younger but is possibly more injury prone than Harvin
Leon is a solid person and player. I was sad to see him go.

Denver is even scarier.
Detroit made a mistake.
And ATL's running game just go an upgrade. Worried about their D though.

The patriots organization and brady made welker good. Before us he was "just some return guy" from miami. Danny will fill his place as long as he stays healthy. Dont forget welker went down with an acl injury too. (Courtesy of that ____, pollard). We also have edelman who can play that same position too. Welker may be good but whats the point of making 100catches during the season if you cant catch the one pass that wins the super bowl?

I think the pats messed up on Welker. They guy is solid and predictable. What more could you want. Sounded like him and Brady were close as well. That has to go along way with chemistry. I don't know why the pats are so tough to deal with it seems? Pay the man his money, you got Brady for a steal sign the guy you had 200+ catches over the past two seasons!

I agree with simple man. letting welker go and getting amendola was a huge mistake. he'll be out with a bad sholder before the seasons half over. and what about the ravens they give that chump flacco all that money. then send half the team packing. seatle is looking pretty scary with the new guys they got. and san fran added some nice pieces to an already loaded team too.
