If I were you I would make sure all of your males and females have as many of the same homozygous recessive traits as possible to avoid the "normal with tons of hets". (For example, I am trying to make sure most of my breeding stock at least is diffused, mostly because I want to work with Pied Sided and I just love the diffused).

Also, when it comes to diffused there are different levels in quality. If I were you, I would save up my money and spend it on a really nice example of a diffused corn (although this concept can go for all morphs, but I feel as if it is really important for diffused).
