While I get SUPER tired of Rocky references and nobody can ever spell my name right, I really like what my name means. In German, Adrienne means "dark woman of the sea".
My mom chose Adrienne because she didn't want me to have "any of those stupid-sounding nicknames".My older brother wasn't as fortunate; he has to carry the 4th generation of "William", so I used to call him "Free Willy" all the time as a kid.
We will never forget you...
