Strictly Ball Pythons - Anton Kolesky

I recently had arrangement with the above person and got screwed over.

To give you a bit of the background of what happened over the last month.
We both had the same name "Strictly Ball Pythons" of witch he said I stole from him and as you know things like this can happen. I came up with what I thought at the time was a unique name as I searched everywhere and nothing came up due to the fact that his page was spelt "Strickly Ball Pythons". So once I found this out after a few words were shared I made contact to call him to sort this whole thing out. The initial agreement was that he would send me a pinstripe male for the rights to the name that I had registered and the .com and .co.za domains I had also already completed my new website and setup my Facebook page.

As he had his Facebook page up before me I thought I would be the gentleman and called him to arrange for everything that I had done to be given to him. He then told me that he was not happy to give me the pinstripe male and he would give me a het Orang or het Yellow Ghost I was however not happy with this arrangement as I already had this.

We then agreed on a 2010 het Pied male breed by Con and we were both happy with the arrangement and he said he would send it up for me with BidAir and I would find its ID card in the tub.

I collected what was suppose to be the het Pied male from BidAir only to find out when I got home that he had sent me a yearling pastel male I called him to find out what happened and his son spoke to me and said he was told to send me a pastel female and this is what he done however the snake was not sexed properly and after probing it I found out it is a male.

I really don't know how some people have no ethics and would do something like this in a trade that your name is everything.

Before buying anything from Anton please check with the other Ball Python breeders first.

Really sad when the person was so adamant that he was a gentleman and he could be trusted. In this time I have heard a few shocking stories about him and what he has done to people.

If you know of any other incidents please post them.
