    Lizard without the bugs

I love lizards, and my partner and i would love to have one. There's just one problem, it can't eat insects. It can eat anything else; fruits, veges, rodents of any kind, fish, etc. just as long as there are no insects, bugs, or arachnids in it's diet. I haven't been able to find any lizards that don't have some variety of creepy crawly in their diet, so if anyone one knows of some please let me know. if it could at least only eat worms, earthworms or meal worms, that could be okay, but it would be best if it didn't.

Uromastyx. They're strictly herbivores I believe, as well as iguanas (though I wouldn't recommend an iguana without extensive research)

Blue tongue skinks would do fine with the Repashy omnivore mix (Savory Stew? Don't remember) and mixed greens. As far as I can tell they'll eat about anything. Some people keep them on a diet of wet dog food with add ins and it's worked for years, but with a omnivore reptile diet available it seems like it would be better suited.

And there's the classic Cresteds, but when you say lizard I'm thinking you mean not a gecko. I could be wrong though

Blue Tongue Skink! - Ours eats high end wet dog food (Core - turkey, chicken liver, and turkey liver, or Wellness - Turkey and sweet potato/venison and sweet potato) Mixed with monkey biscuits (softened in warm water). I add snails on top sometimes, mix in greens sometimes, etc.

Cresties - It doesn't get much easier than Repashy crested gecko diet.

love my bluey! We are hoping to get some cresties some day too!
