Your cage temperatures are on the low side. A better range would be 26.5 - 32 C

70% - 80% humidity is spot on, so your BP shouldn't have any issues shedding. It is normal for them to return to normal for a few days after they go blue before they shed.

How thick is the bedding in the cage?

Is the under tank heater (UTH) regulated by anything?

What is the temperature of the room that the cage is in.

Can you post a picture of the cage?

Are your temp and humidity numbers backwards? Or in Celsius?

Looks like they are in C

25 C = 77 F

30 C = 86 F
