i have my bcc in a t10 right now. I would recomend going with a bci. i thought i could hop to a bcc from my dums and he is super super touchy. from what i have heard and read. bci are less sensitive than bcc. also look into a dums. they are awsome as well. the t10 should be fine for a male. i do not plan on keeping mine in the t10 its whole life. i will be ordering some 8 foot tanks when i get a house later this year.
