    these are called paradoxes, not defects.


    defects would be something like a spine deformation, or eyes that abnormally stick out, or head deformities, or missing eyes.


    search breeders for paradox, if a snake has a paradox the breeders list it and they tend to be more expensive. so an albino with a dark area where normal colors come through would be called a paradox albino.

    some genes/morphs produce paradoxes more often than others, but its fundamentally random, you cannot really intentionally breed for it, or only to increase the chances.
