    Gah I really really really wanted a black tree monitor too! I think that might have to wait though until we move and have specific rooms for our reptiles.
    I like the looks of a mangrove, they have a gorgeous pattern to them. I dont think I have seen any in person but they do look awfully nice, bout how big do they get?
    The BF and I both really fell in love with all the AWM that we had met, and we both before getting into a relationship together had always wanted a large lizard, so why not go big lol
    Mangroves are a medium-sized monitor. Bigger than tree monitors, but not as big as a tegu. I have to do more research on them - I've only just begun to kick the idea around. I'm still considering tree monitors because I'm head over heals for emerald tree monitors. So we'll see, lol!!
