thanks. he's still in the poop-flinging nervous juvenile stage. i'm hoping he'll grow out of it soon.

My Nelson might as well be a whip itself and not a snake! Do you use those aquarium rocks (guess) as a substrate? I'm just curious, that looks really cool next to the colors.

Lol, even after five years if I handle mine it whips and sends musk everywhere. I've learned to just let it be pretty and leave it alone.

I'm planning on putting him with two high yellow 2008 females next season. They're more shy than anything. Hoping the offspring I keep back get the dames personalities. His spasticity reminds more of Jalisco's than Nelson's - but they do have overlapping ranges.

I actually keep them on shavings. Only use the aquarium rocks for photo shoots. And thanks

Thanks. They're still pretty rare stateside. This mutation was originally developed in Central Europe.
