My big girl that I think has ovulated has been soaking a lot... I think she's a little big for her crock... lol

I find mine soak before they ovulate. I have had them soak for as long as 3 weeks and when they stop I check them everyday and I have been able to catch and photograph many an ovulation.

Thanks for the tip! I wasn't sure if she had ovulated yet or not. She's been progressively getting bigger, definitely has a rounded belly area, but I'm not seeing anything that screams Ovy. She was soaking pretty regularly, then took a break for a few days and was on the hot side, now again in her water bowl today. But in the past, she'd just get her front 1/3 in the water bowl... this time she was serious...

Haha get that poor girl a bigger bowl! I hope mine don't try that. I use the PVC/deli cup method for water bowls.
