My 2 BP shedding

I've had my 2 Pythons ( ages 4 and 5 ) since last summer...They have always shed good for me...They are both in their shed cycle at the same time right now...Eyes are back to black, but they are shedding in patches...The other times the either shed in a long strip, or pieces, but usally all there old skin would be off by now...Where I live is cold ( Southern Michigan), but there heat is normal, and I'm misting there tank, plus they have a huge water bowel that I have to refill every few days...Sould I do the bath thing I've heard about in books and online??? Im not sure if they have ever been in a tub of water before...Any suggestions?????

If they have stuck shed on them I would put them in a warm, wet pillow case that's inside a tub and leave them be for 10-20 minutes. Them moving inside the damp pillowcase should help them remove the stuck shed off, and if not you can assist them by having them move through a damp towel once the stuck shed is soft from the pillow case. I don't bath my snakes, the pillow case trick works fine.

Thanks..Both my snakes are totally shed free... Im just over-protctive of them...I love them so much

Basically I was over protative...they both shed tonight for me.... All glossy skin for bothe snakes, and lots of skin for mom to clean up ...I'm ok with that...They get all new bedding plus some new cool stuff for there tank..New tree limb, ect....
