You do realize that to be able to offer help you need to be able to understand the post first

Now I think that it is fantastic that you are able understand the OP, and since you do maybe YOU should be productive and offer the right answer.

Keep in mind that when people post like they text or fail to use proper punctuation it can make it very difficult for someone else to understand them, I had to read the post 3 or 4 times myself.............then again English is not my thing anyway

The burden of communication is on the writer, not the reader. If someone wants others to understand and respond to questions, it shouldn't be unreasonable to ask them to use the occasional period.

To the OP - Whether or not you believe me, it was not my intent to derail your thread. I'm glad that people were so much more concerned about my criticism than about your question.
Good point, I have a coworker who is very intelligent but is recently from Germany. From now on when he tries to communicate with me, I'll tell him to learn proper English before I answer his questions. How dare he attempt to speak to me without proper grammar!

Unless I'm mistaken, the OP is from a country where English is the first language. Deborah isn't, and she seems to be doing just fine.

I guess you are right! I think I would have replied more along the lines of. " not sure i understand your question, could you try to be more clear?" But maybe that is expecting too much from an Internet forum.
Ill leave this alone now, I must be in the minortity when think politeness can be extended through an online forum.

Thank you for proving my point that it wasn't a lack of ability on your part to use these elements, but a choice not to.
