Any of the bigger name breeders let you keep a snake on hold and make some payments on it? just a thought to help build my collection but not drop so much money at one time.

Yes almost all breeder will do payment planes.

I've seen some even offer a down payment, just like a car or a house, for them to hold on to it before you fully purchase it.

Most will do a 30 day plan...some will go up to 90 days if it's an expensive snake. If you call up the breeders and explain what you want and that you'd like a payment plan, most will work with you.

amany do as others have said, I know that constrictors unlimited has a 4-5 month plan as well, that is what I used to pick up my BEL

We do payment plans of 25% nonrefundable down and if the snake is under $500 it's 30 days to pay off, over $500 we give 60 days to pay it off.

I'm making payments on this girl from an independent breeder I found on Kingsnake.com/classifieds. She is a Mystic Pastel. She is costing me 700$. I had to pay 350$ up front and I have 60 days to pay off the remainder, pretty fair deal in my opinion. I've been able to pay 600$ in just over 3 weeks. One more week and she's mine. EXCITED!
