Re: Sterling ball or Pewter Ball
and i STILL have yet to recieve that email hes talking about me getting varifying it to be a true sterling. I just dont understand why he cant just agree to send my yellowbelly back to me, and i will send his snake (whatever it is ) back to him. I never wanted a questionable snake. I wanted a Garunteed sterling. Thats what i should of gotten. i am not satisfied at all.

Well it's simple we don't ban people just because we don't like them or because we don't like their practices, or ethics etc, I hate liars and shady people as much as anyone around here (well in case their is any doubts ) but that is not a valid reason to ban a person, however know that steps have been taken in this case and that those 2 individuals are not allowed to post any ad on our forum. I am glad to hear this - thanks for letting us all know that.
We have very specific rules when it comes to banning people, some think the rules are too strict some think they are not enough , anyway it works like this.
Spammers they are banned automatically no question ask. Same for Cameroon scammers.
Real members, well they need to break our rules before being banned (see TOS), the ban does not happen overnight, it is an accumulation of points, 100 point is is a temporary ban of 30 days, 150 points it is a permanent ban. Any account created to bypass that ban is also automatically banned no question asked when caught.
No system is perfect but it works and has for many years.
Deborah, I was just expressing my frustration with these two the same as everyone else has. I totally understand that BP.net has specific rules in place for that and I even knew what these rules were before I posted and I know that that is not reason enough to ban someone. I even think our system is as close to perfect as a system like this can be. I was simply trying to make a point.
And as far as how many less-than-perfect people on forums, well, NO ONE is perfect, lol, including me. But BP.net sure has a lot fewer individuals with dishonest reputations than most other forums and I do believe that is due, in part, to the excellent moderation we have here. Hince, it is all the more disturbing to find people like these who have so severely upset the balance we all enjoy here.

Re: Sterling ball or Pewter Ball
Hey, I just want everyone on here to know that i did recieve an email from a very reputable man i have done dealings with. a guy named SHAY FORE. Hes a stand up straigh up guy. He informed me that he did purchase the snake from ADAM Chelsa in ATLANTA , and it is indeed a STERLING. I have to say, that i trust this man and his word. So i do apologize . I hope everyone can understand just where my frustration came from. all the questioning as to the snakes identity. So we are all good now. Supertiger Retics is ok in my book.

Just wana add the only way that he can guarantee that it is a stirling is to breed it. Has he? If not, the only thing you can call it is a pewter poss stirling.

See that's what I'm talking about......The snake was obtained from Adam Chesla as a sterling, not a pewter poss sterling......Adam knew it was a STERLING, and sold/traded it as such. Like I told everyone here I didn't do anything shady or dishonest, yet y'all wanted to call me a liar, and tried to make me out as the bad guy.....
From breeding and selling retics to ball pythons now, I have NEVER done anyone wrong or dirty. I've always been honest in every dealing I've ever had....Yet I'm supposed to smile, bend over, and take up the rear all of the disrespect and lies posted by y'all......No, not at all......You all can bite it
