That is bull. I would challenge that judge as it is clearly stated in the ordinance that a vicious dog is one who attacks WITHOUT provocation. Punching in the face until HER hands hurt, beating with a pole, and dragging into the home sure as hell sounds like provocation to me.

Too bad the dog didn't actually hurt her. She deserved a good mauling to the face.
