I'd put her to a fire in a heartbeat. Her light coloration and blushing just beg for a fire to bring them out and make them even better. I would also put your Enchi to her as well. Her reduced pattern makes me think she'd bring a nice twist to the Enchi gene.
If you were going outside your current stock, I'd throw a vanilla at her. Since fires and vanillas are both highlighter genes, her coloration can only improve her offspring if you have a good male to pair her to.
I would not put the Mojave to her. Mojave's are more of a pattern morph with color being secondary, and I just think it would be a shame to waste her amazing coloration on a Mojave.
Be aware these are only my opinion, and what I would do if she were mine.
