I too read you are moving the snake to a second tub to feed many will not at all after the stress of moving tub to tub.
The best is to feed in the 'home tub'. Small snakes almost always eat so one not is usually related to stress (moving to a feeding tub for example) or temps. make sure your temps are spot on, typically many feel 80º cool and 90ºF warm with air temps in the 77-85º range are a good range. little snakes like your can run a bit cooler warm spot temps as well I personally use 88ºF until the 200gm mark.
