No the deal was we were going to exchange snakes (in person) at the end of the month (my snakes are in FL and it's too cold to ship but I am driving them up beg of March so I told him I would meet him since it's a short drive to DC). He put in writing "Consider her yours. I will hold her for you until we do the trade. Keep in touch." So I took both my breeder males off the market and have been holding them for him and then all of a sudden I find out that he's doing trade deals with you (and whoever else) so i called him out on it yesterday and he said well I was keeping my options open incase I got a better offer. I said we had a deal, in writing. You can't tell me we have a trade deal and then go behind my back and sell/trade her. I was soooooooo upset. I had my heart set on her and now not only did I refuse an offer on one of the males (because he was technically "traded" and belonged to this guy, and not only did I pass by the opportunity to purchase another yb girl (because I thought I had this girl), but now I have 2 males sitting at home that are not being bred (because I don't breed snakes I am holding that technically are no longer my snakes). I am so upset over this whole thing. Guy is a very dishonest person to go behind my back like that. Really put me in a tough position as like I said I missed the opportunity to pick up another yb girl, I missed a sale on one of the males, and both of them are sitting at home not breeding. just sucks.Originally Posted by supertiger retics
