Well, Steve hasn't been eating the past week. I assumed he was fasting...it's been colder this month and last month than any of the others, even if my room is kept fairly warm.
It's interesting because I'll offer him a mouse(the same kind he's been eating since we got him) and he'll act almost as if he's considering it. He'll investigate it a little, smell it, and basically size it up, then turn away and go to do something else.
Normally when he gets hungry he'll start being extremely active during the day. At the moment, he's very active, even going so far as to lift his head up to get on eye level with me. His behavior is a little confusing and no one really knows snakes around my area at the moment. I thought I'd ask someone more experienced.
