Looks exactly like my mojo girl, particularly when she was a little younger and darker. (my pictures are crappy, sorry, but you get the idea)

i would say the sure way to tell it would be to breed to a mojave or super mojave BEL (or any other BEL). By the way, today in another thread a discussion is leaning towards the conclusion that phantom and mystic are two different names for the same gene.

from only the picture, i think its likely there is something like phantom or mystic going on in that snake, but i dont think its mojave. im not sure, but i lean towards the hypothesis that you got what you wanted, and that your snake will do something nice in the blue eye leucystic gene complex.
This snake is most definitely in the BEL complex. Unfortunately, in this case, the OP can't ask to breed the animal to prove it out, before he decides whether he's going to buy it or not. This is why, unless you're particularly fantastic at telling morphs apart from others, it's best to buy an animal from a reputable breeder. The price difference between mojo and phantom is quite extreme.. nobody wants to buy one, or be misled in their purchase, only to be burned. If this animal were being sold as a mojo, nobody would second guess it.. it looks like a mojo. But because it's being sold as a phantom, and the fact that it doesn't look like a phantom with the photo provided, is what makes people suspicious, or doubtful.
