True, but also keep in mind he may not have been monitoring humidity like you are.
If you are using paper, and have a generally smallish to medium water bowl (on the cool end), then the next step to lowering it would be either holes, fan, or dehumidifier in the room. I went with the holes because it was cheaper/easier to poke holes in the tubs rather than getting a fan/dehumidifier for the room. When the snakies are in shed I just move the water dish over to the warm side and they shed like butter (er...that sounds weird, but you get my point).
If you want to avoid the holes, go for the fan I would think.
