Not trying to be rude or anything, but why the aversion to putting holes in the tubs? That is generally the way you control humidity in an enclosed rack (aside from moving the waterbowl).
My 10 stack enclosed cserpents cb70 tubs all have holes in them all the way around. Yay Florida humidity
Maybe a dehumidifier in the room? Or a fan?
