I've been using paper towels ever since I got them because it's easier to clean up, and I just switched to substrate less than a month ago. Now I regret that :/ & she does have shed stuck on her upper body and head, that's why I was going to bathe her. I wish I would have joined this site a while ago.. I probably would have just looked on here before calling a vet telling them my baby's dying! Haha. Thank you so much! I'm calmed down now.
