Hi,
That looks like a little bit of scale rot - which is usually caused by damp and dirty conditions.
First thing I would do is change the substrate to something easy to keep clean like newspaper or paper towel and the second thing is stop bathing them - they don't need it unless they are suffering from a retained shed.
You should be ok if it is just tiny spots like that as it will probably go away with the next shed.
