Sounds like you've tried all of the home remedies that don't work and you are ready to do it right.
Get some Provent a mite and treat them as directed.
If you need further help just ask, but do treat them properly, so you get the eggs too.

It sounds like you killed the live ones and had another batch of eggs hatch due to not using the right products or not spraying the surrounding area where the mites might lay eggs.
You should use paper towels for bedding until the mites are gone.
Lightly spray the paper towels down and let them dry, lightly spray the inside and outside of the tubs/enclosure/tank and let dry.
Spray the area as if you were treating for fleas, the flooring and the furniture around the rack/tanks.

Don't use home remedies that do not work like oils, soaps, reptile relief, and other products that are not necessary at all, and imo worthless.

sounds like you need to separate and quarantine them, throw away or launder that carpeting, and give your enclosure a good scrub down inside and out....
Quarantine from what, the other snakes that probably have mites too?
There's no need to be so drastic
