    yeah,

    That looks like someone took off a retained spectacle that wasn't there.

    It is definitely infected and the snake will probably lose the eye - or at least the sight in it.

    It needs a good reptile vet as son as you can.

    It can't be treated at home or anything but you do need to try and keep it clean - I recommend papertowels as a substrate and a high humidity if possible without the substrate being wet.

    If you tell us whereabouts you are maybe someone can recommend a good local vet.
