Need Serious Help, sold to me as normal, but none look the same

I see a Normal, Black Back Normal, Cinnamon in the first picture.
In the second, normal and possibly a really low quality Black Pastel.

I believe that left in the top picture and right in the bottom picture is the same snake.

I also see normal, normal, cinny in the first pic and 2 normals in the second.
