Adjustable Snake Rack?

Has anyone here built an adjustable Snake Rack? I found instructions on one a few weeks ago, but it is no longer available. I found another one on the kingsnake.com forum but it didn't have any detailed materials list or directions.

Each board that divides the levels are adjustable, either up or down.
