Kaala, no one was attacking you. Please do not take what we say as personal insult in any way - toward you or your family. But when folks come here for help, often that help entails us looking deeper into the situation. You have to understand that those of us who are regular posters here and on other forums are VERY passionate about what we do. And we are passionate about our reptiles' care - ours and the ones in the care of others too.

The statements you've made have raised some red flags for us. As knowledgable and responsible owners AND regular posters here on BP.net, we feel it is part of our repsonsiblity to inquire and offer suggestions based on those red flags.

Also before there are any comments on my knowledge of how I take care of my snake, I asked these questions because I am unsure of my own answer as to what I should do.
And that is commendable, we all have questions at one time or another. We should never stop learning. But we gave you an answer. Perhaps it was more of an answer than you were looking for, but each of us offers our advice based on what we think your problem might be. Even when it's a problem that perhaps you didn't know you had. That's typically how things work around here. Someone says "help I have ____ problem," people come on, and with the best of their experience offer advice.

I'm still sorry for snapping, I just get very worked up about my snake, shes very precious to me.
As she should be. All the more reason to keep an open mind with those of us offering advice. If you pay attention to it, you'll see that EVERYthing we suggest has only the best intentions for your snake.

So please don't take anything personally - and I'm not scolding you now or then. Just trying to help you understand our perspective. I hope what we've told you will help you in the end!! Please ask if you have any further questions.
