Which cheap incubator fan to buy?!?

Is the fan needed to bring in fresh air or expel air? Or is it just placed inside for circulation? A question from a future incubator builder.

It is to circulate the air, so that there are no hot spots. Without it, warm air rises and the top of the incubator can be hotter than the bottom. You want a nice consistent temp throughout the inside.
