Shedding?
Yesterday I woke up to find cuddles finally shedding. She had both eye caps gone along the front her face. But it's been a day and he really hasn't done anything about the rest. Almost as if he's like well hey I can see so what's the point? Any tips on how to get her to finish or how I can help?

What's the humidity level in the cage?

That would be a bad shed. It should come off in one piece. Which means your humidity isn't high enough.
You can soak her in some shallow room temp water for 30min-hr. Make sure you supervise the snake though. Then the shed should peel off easily. The neck area is always the hardest to get off.

It reads 45% normally but for sheds I bump it up to as close to 60% with out going over as I can. I'll give hi another day or so to see if he can tough it out. If not then ill try the tub idea.

Try to get the humidity to 75% for a few hours, the higher humidity might help things along.

I go all the way up to 80% (it's higher a few minutes after misting, of course) as soon as the pink starts to fade and she goes into blue and keep it that way until she's done. I'm 4/5 for perfect (one piece, eyecaps and all) sheds and 1/5 for nearly perfect shed except the very tip of her tail.

I'll bump that 80% and say do a 100% humid soak to remove the stuck shed.
Plastic tub with a lid
1 1/2 to 2 inches of 88ish degree water
hand towel in the water partly for the snake to rub on and partly to help keep the snake from floating in the water.
Add snake and close the lid for a 30 minute soak.
Typically with really bad sheds you'll need to do the 30 minute soak 2 times.
Replenish the water with more 88ish degree water and soak again for 30 minutes.
By this time the shed should slide right off easily with some minor assistance if it isn't already off.
I would not wait, the shed rarely comes off on it's own if it becomes stuck and your snake will thank you for the fresh skin.
Room temp water is too cold, brrr Kaorte, brrr
I keep my tubs at around 50-60 percent humidity all the time and when a shed comes on I push the water bowl back over the heat pad and rarely ever have a poor shed.
