Pickled lizard, anyone?

Will do in a couple of weeks or so! I'm not sure how this one will turn out since it's the largest critter I've jarred yet. Mostly I just pickle small snakes or small amphibians then sell them and those always seem to hold up very well.

Very cool! Is it terrible that the thread title made me crave some pickled pig's feet?
