So now we are turning into a peeing match

New products take time to set a track record just as lost products have both good and bad records. Yes flexwatt might be your golden child but how many fires have also happened with it? If you say none then I know you are full of it We all have safety measures (or most of us do) to try and minimize problems. Your product doesn't stand alone, without a controller it is nothing but problems. Again I am not the smartest person here but being an automotive mechanic/electrician I know how to make current flow safely but there is always chance for error regardless of who or what is endorsing your product.
We can all chose to use whatever product we want.
I personally will use whatever Reptile Basics supplies me because I am the one making the soldering connections and I trust Rich's VE stats along with my backups.
    Just my two cents.

Thank you for clarifying. I was not sure which one was Rich' wife and which was his partner in bringing in the Korean product. Lets just stick to the facts and let people choose which product they would like to use rather than telling fairy tales about flexwatt I think that its only fair that we disclose to the reptile community where the products are made and how they are made. I can post all our UL listings if needs be and think you should also so if the new connections by THG cause sparking and fires we are not all bunched together.
