New BP Wondering what she is......
We just recently purchased our gorgeous little lady Skitz and we know she is Het Albino but I was wondering could she be Het Albino Pied?? Looking at her markings and doing research on other Het Albino Pied's she fits the look... Pics are in my member gallery... Any input?

It doesn't appear she is, plus if she was double het for albino and pied she would be worth a lot so if there was even a chance that she was whoever you got her from would make sure to charge accordingly

Do not be fooled by the "het pied markers" or any visual markings. If thats what your going by.
Normal till proven otherwise!

Yep, even normals can have het pied markings. Just look at this guy, 100% normal but has better markings than a lot of 100% het pieds out there.

We know she is 100% Het Albino, I just didn't know if there was a chance she could have any pied in her. Just a curiosity question. Either way we are completely thrilled with her! Thanks for your input!

If you purchased her as a het albino then she is just that, a DH Albino Pied female cost around $1000 therefore not the kind of animal that would be let go for the price of a het albino, POSS DH now that's another story.

Re: New BP Wondering what she is......
Where did you purchase her from? I'm assuming since you know it's 100% het albino, you probably got her from a breeder. I know there are some places that flip ball pythons. I know of one in my area that gets shipments of normals from another breeder and sells them at shows. The normals are sometimes het for pied, albino, ghost, clown, etc. and you just never know what you'll get from that bunch. So I suppose anything is possible, but you won't know for sure until you do some breeding.

Oh no interest in breeding here, just curious to see if it was a possibility I am certainly no expert. We got her from a secondary owner he showed us her paperwork from the breeder. He wanted to get a closer to breed ready ball so he was selling her.
